The hotel is a 10-minute drive to Central Chidlom Shopping Mall, a 5-minute walk to Central Embassy, and a 15-minute drive to Siam Paragon Shopping Centre.

Elegantly furnished with contemporary decor, rooms at The Okura Bangkok are located from 26th floor. Each modern air-conditioned room comes with a flat-screen cable TV, a seating area and a minibar. A luxury bathroom is also provided with rain shower, separate bathtub, powder room with Japanese-style bidet.

Guests can stay active at the fitness centre or unwind in the sauna. Staff at the 24-hour front desk can assist guests with currency exchange, laundry and babysitting services. Other facilities include a business centre, meeting rooms and luggage storage.

International buffet breakfast or a Japanese breakfast set can be enjoyed daily at the property. Yamazato, a well-known award winning restaurant from Japan, serves traditional multi-course dinner as well as sushi and grilled dishes.     When it comes to Starbucks in Bangkok, this is my favorite! Friendliest staff ever! Cozy place too! The 'no camera' sign on the door is a bit confusing though. And if we can't use mobile here? Oh my!!
